Club Penguin have  updated the homepage of the website to an Operation Blackout design. Herbert is again standing there, as scary as ever, thinking he’s the best bear in the world. Operation Blackout is being advertised everywhere, seeing as it is a very important event in Club Penguin’s history. The homepage also changes images in time, as you can see below.

The above is the initial Club Penguin homepage screen, it then changes to the image below, where we see the three Elite Penguin Force agents  and in the background something quite mysterious.
